NZQA Accreditation For Mediators

Jane Schaverien is an accredited NZQA assessor for:

The National Certificate in Mediation (Interpersonal Communications) Level 4

This qualification is suitable to complaints managers, case coordinators and call center staff who deal with claims from clients in conflict

The National Certificate in Mediation Level 5

The level 5 certificates cover the skills and knowledge necessary to mediate competently
